NOR-CAL'S 50* Anniversary Meet September 15 & 16 2023

Hello Fellow Nash Club Members, Families and Friends, Next year 2023 will be a significant year. We will be celebrating our clubs 50-year anniversary. We are working to coordinate a celebration to occur in the month of September.

Per our past discussions we talked about holding our celebration in the town of Murphys at the historic Murphy's Hotel. I contacted the hotel group reservations coordinator and asked her to coordinate possible dates either before or after the Ironstone Concours Car Show.

Dianna, the group reservations coordinator, was able to give us 10 rooms September 15th and 16th 2023. There may be more rooms available if we need them and make our reservations soon.

I hope everyone will be able to make it. Below are the room rates. They have 20 modern rooms available. They have 5 Single Queen bed rooms; 2 Single King bed rooms; 4 Deluxe Single King rooms, 4 Dual Double (2 double beds in the room) rooms; and 4 Deluxe King rooms. They also, have 2 Mini - suites.

Today, September 12, 2022 we paid the deposit to guarantee the 10 rooms. The deposit will be returned to the club in full as long as we use at least 25% of the rooms requested. Please call Dianna to place your reservation. She works Friday thru Monday 6:00 a.m. until 2:00p.m.

A banquet buffet will be hosted by the club in the Ball Room on the evening of September 16, 2023. The dinner will be the Murphy Historic Hotel and Lodge's Dinner B-B-Q buffet consisting of the following:

BBQ Tri-Tip & Chicken, potato salad or roasted red potatoes, watermelon, corn on the cobb, garden green salad or coleslaw, baked beans & garlic bread.
